🎨 THE PROCESS – Watercolor Guest Portraits 🎨

Want to wow your wedding/party/corporate event guests and give them a keepsake that they will want to keep forever? Live watercolor portraits are the way to go. Not only do they make for an unforgettable experience, but they also double as entertainment AND a take-home memento. Talk about a win-win!

Here’s the game plan: I’ll work my magic to create portraits during your big day, which your guests can take home.

How It All Goes Down

• I’ll arrive 30 minutes early to get set up, ensuring I’m ready to start painting.

• I require a large table (think at least the size of a office desk or small dinner table) 

• IF painting outside I require Shade!

Lights, Camera, Paint! 🎨

For Weddings: once cocktail hour starts, I’ll be snapping reference photos of guests who stop by my table, then get to work painting their portraits. Each masterpiece takes about 5 minutes per person (10 minutes for two), 

The portraits are created with ink and watercolor on 5x7”  100% cotton watercolor paper, neatly tucked into a plastic sleeve for safe travels. Your guests will be thrilled to walk away with a custom portrait, ready to be framed and displayed as a cherished memory of your big day!

Since I can only paint so many on-site, the rest of the guest portraits will be completed at my studio and once they’re finished, I’ll mail them directly to you with the guest's names written in the back of the portrait—so you’ll know exactly who gets what! You can even send them along with your thank you cards. Which is such a unique way to personalize and thank your guests 

for attending and making your special day memorable!

PRICE

"I am pleased to offer my on-site services at a rate of 175 per hour. Minimum of 3 hours required for booking. $100 deposit required at the time of booking the date and will go towards the final payment due the day of the event. During this time, you will receive my full attention and professional expertise to ensure optimal results."
